Paige’s Mobility Options is a second-hand retail store for refurbished items. We strive to provide our customers with quality products and excellent service. This Returns Policy outlines our guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made at our store.

1.2 When You Can Make a Claim
If you receive an item that is defective, unsafe or damaged (damage that was not clearly described in the advertisement or at the time of sale) please contact us immediately at admin@paigesmobilityoptions.com.au. Upon your claim we will assess whether a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) is appropriate.
1.3 How to Make a Claim
Please contact us at admin@paigesmobilityoptions.com.au with proof of purchase. Clearly describe the problem and where possible include photographs. We may require you to return the item so that we can verify the issue. If the item is bulky/heavy, we will discuss reasonable return logistics with you.
1.4 Refunds
Refunds for purchases will be issued to the original payment method. We will aim to issue refunds up to 5 days from approval of the return.
1.5 Exclusions and Conditions
This policy does not cover returns for change of mind. The goods must have been used in a manner consistent with their normal purpose and in line with any instructions provided. We retain the right to refuse a remedy if the goods have been damaged through misuse, alteration or exposure to unacceptable conditions.

If your claim is approved because the item is defective, unsafe or damaged (not disclosed), we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs. If the claim is not approved (i.e. no defect found or misuse), you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

2.2 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or deterioration of items due to normal wear and tear outside of what is described in the product description upon purchase.
- Batteries: Customers are responsible for the maintenance and replacement of batteries as needed.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
2.3 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:
